Went to 190th street to a rehearsal. It didn’t take as much as I though. I spent less than 30 minutes in A train from Time’s Square， I thought.
This rehearsal is for a scene I am working on in Mr Morehouse’ class， which is not "scene" scene. It’s only two pages and I think the teacher regards this rather as an exercise than a scene.
The rehearsal was done in my partner’s house， the condominium she BOUGHT recently. Gosh， it has to be expensive. It was a quite nice place. It was large enough， clean， not too far from the city. She seems so satisfied with her place.
It was 1:30 when I arrived at her place， and I left there at 6:00. I didn’t know I spent that long time there. It is because， I think， we had a very good rehearsal. We were working on so seriously that time passed so quickly. I was impressed by her way of working on a scene. She is a hard worker. I realized that I had been not enough. I think she is a great actor， and it is fun to work with her.
After the work， she made me a nice soup. It was a kind of Miso soup， but totally different from ours. It was more like great vegetable soup with miso flavor. Because she is a vegetarian， she is interested in how to cook tofu. I was supposed to teach， but I am not familiar with tofu food. I told her that I would learn some to teach her.
Anyway， I think I can learn something from her.
